Box Brownie Landscapes

Box Brownie Landscape series depicts the Australian landscape in its raw state. The series embraces the moods and textures of the landscape rather than specific geographic details; by highlighting these ephemeral elements the resulting images are filled with ambiguity and emotion.

The photographs in this series were all captured at various locations around Australia in a 1940’s Box Brownie camera on black and white 120 film.
